FAQ

Here are some of the most common questions our clients may have:

How many moles do I have?

The average on most properties is 1 - 3 however We can give you a rough estimate once we check the property.

how do i know you caught a mole

We will leave a flag to mark where we have caught a mole the evidence of the mole will be buried there under the flag if you want to double check. We leave the mole there for two reasons. Moles are territorial creatures, and the scent of a mole is a deterrent for other moles, and so you can dig them up and see for yourself the evidence of capture.

How long does it take?

The average properties usually takes 2 to 3 weeks however larger properties with excessive mole activity could take longer.

Do i have a  family of moles?

Nope! Moles are territorial and busy creatures they are constantly digging and pushing up dirt this causes the appearance that you have many moles in your yard but It can be surprising how few moles you actually have.

Do i only have moles if i see mounds on my yard?

No, along with mounds look for a veiny tunnel system

Do I need to be home when you service my property?

No. We will ring the door bell when we arrive, if you're not home, our technicians just need to gain access to the areas to be serviced.  Any special information and instructions such as gate codes, dogs in yard, use of invisible fencing can be provided to us at the time you request our service.

Will the moles return to my property and if so how long would that take?

The equipment is lethal to the mole so that particular mole will be dead, however, there's a chance neighboring moles can take over their tunnels each property is different such as if you're near a greenbelt you may be more subject it to moles returning quicker. This is why we offer our 6 month warranty.
